  • “Practitioner” refers to the independent massage therapists, bodywork specialists, and wellness providers who are listed on the Platform.

  • “Service” refers to the referral and advertising services provided by the Platform, which connect Users with Practitioners.

  • “Session” refers to any massage, bodywork, or other service arranged between a User and a Practitioner.

2. Nature of the Platform

Erotic Massage Las Vegas is exclusively a third-party referral, and information platform. Our Service is limited to providing a curated directory of independent Practitioners. We are not an employment agency, an escort agency, or a direct provider of massage services. The Platform’s role is strictly to facilitate the initial introduction between the User and the Practitioner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use this Platform. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms. The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 21.

4. Relationship with Practitioners

All Practitioners listed on the Platform are independent contractors. They are not employees, partners, agents, or joint venturers of the Platform. The Platform does not control or direct the Practitioners’ work, schedules, locations, or the manner in which they perform their services.

Practitioners are solely responsible for:

  • Their own licensing, certifications, and insurance.

  • Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • Their own taxation and business affairs.

  • The safety, quality, and legality of the services they provide.

Any agreement, contract, or arrangement for a Session, whether verbal or written, is strictly between the User and the Practitioner. The Platform is not a party to any such agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

By using this Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, emotional distress, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

This limitation of liability applies to any event, action, or consequence arising from:

  • The conduct, actions, or omissions of any Practitioner or User.

  • The quality, safety, or legality of any Session provided by a Practitioner.

  • Any dispute, disagreement, or interaction between a User and a Practitioner.

  • Any information or content displayed on the Platform or on a Practitioner’s individual listing.

You agree that you are using the Platform and the services of any Practitioner at your own sole risk.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Erotic Massage Las Vegas and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, any interaction with a Practitioner or any Session you undertake.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a User of the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Treat all Practitioners with respect and professionalism.

  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws during any interaction or Session.

  • Use your own judgment and perform due diligence before engaging in a Session with any Practitioner.

  • Communicate your boundaries and expectations clearly with the Practitioner.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date.” What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
